By far and above our most popular class. The class incorporates a variety of functional fitness methods, based on power, strength and conditioning. We use a variety of equipment at high intensity to increase fitness performance and strength.
LOWER BODY STRENGTH
This is another of our most popular classes. A weighted class specifically focussed on lower body muscle groups, to increase strength and use progressive overload to achieve results.
UPPER BODY STRENGTH
A popular weighted class specifically focussed on different Upper Body muscle groups to increase strength and use progressive overload to achieve results. With a friendly and encouraging atmosphere, aimed at achieving personal fitness goals.
PENALTY BOX HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a largely cardio-vascular based class, aimed at improving general fitness and fat loss. Exercises will be performed using a Penalty Box Grid. Designed to improve stamina & cardiovascular fitness. It’s a burner!!

We offer Personal Training in a private gym environment, away from the prying eye of a normal commercial gym. We can tailor your personal training sessions to achieve desired results.
